The factory
Forming, Welding, Sizing and Testing On Site
Our Foshan workshop runs automated forming, welding, sizing and test equipment, with an on-site laboratory for material and dimensional verification. We use prime virgin steel from named mills, with heat numbers traceable on every batch.
- 100% helium leak testing on custom liquid cooling assemblies before shipment
- Hydraulic pressure testing, flattening / widening ductility checks and online ultrasonic scanning
- EN 10204 3.1 MTC documentation for chemical composition and mechanical values
- OEM / ODM with custom CAD drawings and engineering samples
Workshop photography: clean originals only. Six supplied photos carried a watermark camera overlay and are excluded.
