Materials & fabrication

What We Can Machine, Bend and Weld

Material selection, joint method and surface condition are decided together with the coolant chemistry and the acceptance criteria.

Materials

Seamless Stainless, Traceable by Heat Number

Prime virgin steel from named mills, with documentation attached to every batch.

Material options - Yijia Pipe
AISI 304General closed-loop coolant and utility distribution
AISI 316LHigher chloride resistance; specified for DI water and aggressive cleaning regimes
Tube formSeamless, with controlled internal roughness
Wall thickness0.8 - 3.0 mm typical; project-specified
TraceabilityEN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates: chemical composition and mechanical values
Incoming checksOn-site laboratory, spectrometer and dimensional verification

Coolant compatibility is reviewed per project. Final material grade is confirmed at engineering review, not assumed from this table.

Standards

How to Read Our Compliance Statements

Precision here protects both of us - and matters for Google Ads review and procurement audits.

ISO 9001 compliance describes our quality management system.

NSF / WRAS standards are potable-water material and component standards. They describe materials, not a liquid cooling system approval.

DVGW W534 is a press-fitting test standard. We describe our fittings as tested to it, not as certified liquid cooling equipment.

Mill Test Certificates (MTC, EN 10204 3.1) are material traceability documents supplied with the batch.

None of the above is a system-level liquid cooling certification. If your project requires a specific third-party system approval, tell us at inquiry stage so it can be scoped explicitly.

Not sure which grade fits your coolant?

Describe the coolant, temperature range and cleaning regime in your inquiry.
