Interface engineering
Port positions, connection types and isolation points are matched to CDU, rack and facility drawings before fabrication.
Custom integration
A liquid cooling loop is an engineered assembly of seamless tube, fittings and manifolds. We take your P&ID or CAD package and deliver a tested, ready-to-install loop.

Process
One team, one set of drawings, one test record.
Scope
The value is in the interfaces and the verification, not in the parts list.
Port positions, connection types and isolation points are matched to CDU, rack and facility drawings before fabrication.
Press, orbital weld, flange or threaded connections selected for the coolant, pressure and installation constraints.
Spools and skids built and tested in the workshop so hot work inside a live facility is minimised.
Helium leak test, hydraulic pressure test, dimensional inspection and heat-number traceability.
MTC 3.1, test records and part identification packed with the shipment.
Engineering sample first, then batch production with agreed MOQ and lead time per drawing.
Quality
Testing is part of the deliverable, not an optional extra.
| Leak testing | 100% helium leak testing on custom liquid cooling assemblies |
|---|---|
| Pressure testing | Hydraulic pressure test to the agreed project criterion |
| Material checks | Chemical composition and mechanical values via EN 10204 3.1 MTC |
| Dimensional | In-process inspection, flattening / widening ductility checks, online ultrasonic scanning |
| Quality system | ISO 9001 compliance |
NSF / WRAS material standards and DVGW W534 describe component-level compliance and press-fitting tests. They are not liquid cooling system certifications.

Send your P&ID, isometric drawing or even a hand sketch. We reply with manufacturability feedback first.
