Surface and drainability
Controlled internal finish and slope-aware routing avoid hold-up and cleanability problems.
Industries / Biopharma
Stainless distribution for process utilities and temperature-control loops where surface finish, drainage and documentation are part of the specification.

Application requirements
The pipework is specified by the failure modes it has to prevent, not by a catalogue part number.
Controlled internal finish and slope-aware routing avoid hold-up and cleanability problems.
Every tube length and fitting links back to a mill heat number and MTC 3.1.
Weld procedure and press-fitting parameters are held constant across the batch.
Drawings, revisions and acceptance criteria are agreed before fabrication starts.
Where our piping fits
Complete loops are engineered to your P&ID or CAD package; these are the building blocks we fabricate in-house.
Controlled internal roughness with full heat-number traceability.
Skids, brackets and sub-assemblies built from the approved CAD package.
Multi-branch collection and supply manifolds.
Typical configuration
The table below describes the parameters we normally agree at engineering review. Nothing here is a fixed catalogue SKU - final values follow your drawing, coolant and acceptance criteria.
We supply piping components and fabricated assemblies. Process validation, GMP qualification and sanitary certification remain the responsibility of the system owner.
| Material | AISI 316L seamless stainless, prime virgin steel from named mills |
|---|---|
| Wall thickness | Project-specified; common range 0.8 - 3.0 mm |
| Verification | Dimensional inspection, hydraulic pressure test, helium leak test where specified |
| Documentation | EN 10204 3.1 MTC, chemical composition and mechanical values |
Delivery
One engineering team owns the loop from manufacturability review through to the leak-test record.
