From Drawing to Pressure Test: One Prefabricated Spool
A plain-language walk through the four gates a custom spool passes before it is packed for export.
%s
A spool is not a catalogue item. It is a cut, bent and joined piece of a specific loop, and its value is that it arrives ready to install. We keep the whole sequence - cutting, forming, welding, passivation, inspection and testing - under one roof in Foshan so the record stays with the part.
The final gate is documentary as much as physical: dimensional inspection, hydraulic pressure test and, on custom assemblies, helium leak testing, with the results attached to the shipment together with the material certificates agreed for the order.
Key Points
- Engineering review returns manufacturability feedback before any material is committed.
- Joint strategy is chosen for the coolant, access and serviceability of that installation.
- Test records and MTC documentation travel with the packed assembly.
